These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
If you book within 4 weeks of the day you wish to play the full amount will be taken from your card.
OPEN EVENTS: We take the full payment at the time of booking. Seniors events are aged 55 and over. Handicap Certificates must be produced to the starter on arrival.
Your credit card number will be held as a guarantee.
When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the
pro shop before beginning your round and show him your confirmation
details.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique
ref number. You may also cancel by phone.
If you cancel your booking less than 3 months before your date of
play, you will lose your deposit.
OPEN EVENTS: If you cancel your booking less than one month before
your date of play refunds are not allowed.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking within 7 days of the date booked you
will not receive any refund and full payment will be taken.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your
green fee or a voucher to use on another day free of charge, subject
to availability.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be
unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone
else such as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
Handicap certificates are not required for general play
OPEN EVENTS: Handicap Certificates are required by all players in
all Open Competitions.
Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf Club dress codes apply. The following are therefore not
permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless)
shorts, (tailored shorts may be worn with knee length socks or white
sports socks).
Spikes
======
Metal or Soft Spikes are permitted - please take care as some areas
of the course are slippery in damp conditions
